Taxis 4 Smart Mobility (T4SM) comprises a coalition of taxi organizations that share common goals, emphasizing innovation and social responsibility. Through the adoption of eco-friendly practices and the integration of technological advancements, the coalition is actively participating in the advancement of sustainable urban and rural environments. Its membership includes taxi companies from Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, all of which contribute to and represent the taxi industry within their respective countries.

This document is the primary deliverable of the Sustainable Transport Forum's Sub-Group 3, that focuses on the best practices of public authorities in facilitating the deployment of recharging infrastructure. Task force 3 (TF3) within Sub-Group 3 is entrusted with providing recommendations aimed at aiding public authorities in supporting the expansion of recharging infrastructure tailored for specialised and captive fleets.
