Denmark January 2023: latest figures for sales of electric cars and electric vans

Passenger cars
Number of passenger cars registered in January: 10,403

Number of electric cars registered in January: 2,202/ 21.2 percent of new cars registered in the same period. This is down 16 percentage points from December's 37.2 percent, and up 3.5 percentage points from the same period last year's 17.7 percent.

Most electric cars sold in November:

 

Vans
Number of vans registered in January: 1,572

Number of electric vans registered in January: 187/ 11.9 per cent of new van registrations in the same period. This is a decrease of 2.8 percentage points compared to December's 14.7 percent, and an increase of 7.4 percentage points compared to the same period last year's 4.5 percent.
