Horizon Europe Project SCALE: Advancing Smart Charging and Vehicle-to-grid Infrastructure in Europe

The Horizon Europe Project, SCALE, is aiming to exponentially increase smart charging and Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) infrastructure. This initiative paves the way for a broader deployment of electric vehicles (EVs) in Europe, actively supporting the continent's energy transition.

Understanding the needs, desires, and challenges of EV drivers is a critical part of this process. SCALE has launched a survey that aims to map these factors, collecting relevant insights directly from the EV community.

The data gathered will significantly inform SCALE's ongoing research and technology development initiatives. The objective is to help Europe prepare for a smart and interoperable charging infrastructure to enable the mass deployment of EVs.
